We've altered our services from downloadable, redistributable, forms to dynamic, on-line processing. We think this will provide a better product for efficient lab use and resolve some of the issues with maintaining software on your computer. The concept, if you can call it that, is to let you process your data without having to be a computer expert... find your own solutions without creating new problems.
