Your data is automatically calculated, your summary documented, the statistics derived, and the standard curve plotted. Review the linear regression curve data and plot.

Review your plotted data and the derived regression curve according to your preconfigured selections. A quick glance can provide some insight to the validity of your data curve. If the data and curve appear reasonable, then enter your data into the spreadsheet input table and calculate your experimental results. After entering the required and optional standard curve data, proceed to Step 3 - entering the concentration and absorbance values of the solutions for the experimental unknowns.
